Drift Interior Design LLC An Interior Design firm serving Fairfield, CT and surrounding areas. The philosophy and belief of Drift Interior Design is simple.

Marcie Grenier is an Interior Design enthusiast, genuine lover of all things home, and embraces the challenge of combining high/low items to create a beautiful space. Currently working with several clients, a student of New York Institute of Art & Design and more importantly a serial homeowner, she understands how to incorporate old and new into any livable space. A beautiful home is a reflection of who you are (SOUL), how you live your life (PURPOSE) and a collection of what makes you happy (BLISS). Message us for a design consultation and more details on our high/low strategy of creating beautiful spaces.

An appearance from a Designer who apparently has time to match the outfit to the tile, take 4000 photos of all the pretty design things… apparently for the exclusive viewing pleasure of my camera roll 😆

Anyone else find Instagram is the first thing to fall off the list when work (and life) are actually happening?

Instagram may reward consistency. I’ll save mine for the design BUT honestly behind the quiet feed, Drift has been anything but. So many spaces taking shape, details coming together and projects that made it from start to finish without a peek AND they’re sooo good!

So here we are, welcome to the Client List Instagram… prepare to be styled, edited and mildly overthought 😊

Why are fireplaces my favorite before & afters?
Honestly, I’m a bit obsessed. They’re meant to be the focal point, and they simply set the tone 🔥

They’re the visual anchor, and when they’re not quite right, you may end up compensating elsewhere without realizing it.

At Drift, we’ve built and refined every which way from stone, plaster, millwork, scaling mantels, reworking surrounds, adding lighting …AND EVERY TIME it elevates and defines the room like it was always meant to lead.

Take a step back in your space and zoom out. Is your largest feature truly working for you?
