Bathrooms designed for “aging in place” do not have to look institutional. We removed an unused tub in this space and created a large shower with no threshold (for seamless entry), added a bench, grab bars and an adjustable height handheld shower wand. More lighting for added brightness and custom touches for a beautiful yet functional result.
