Once the weather cools down, there’s nothing better than a bubbling pan of comfort food straight from the oven. Around here, we call it HOTDISH.
Maybe yours is your grandma’s tater tot hotdish. Maybe it’s cheesy hashbrown casserole. Maybe it’s something with way too much cream soup and zero regrets. Mine? Cedric Adams Hotdish… and whoever Cedric Adams was, the man REALLY loved ketchup. 😂
