I let Theo drive the mule by himself and he went after every pot hole possible to splash the water. If you don’t get them involved young don’t expect them to be involved later in life. Kids don’t need to be sent off all the time. Most of the time they just need to be brought along to learn how to be an adult one day

I grew up with friends that never got to meet their grandparents. I am lucky enough to not just meet all my grandparents (and 3 great grandparents) I actually knew them and they watched us start our families. I have always wanted a relationship as strong as my grandparents (Cundiff and Pettice). Grandma Cundiff had a heart to serve! She was always ready to worship in song or ‘harping around’ and her kitchen was always ready for the next meal or snack she would make. We’d go work at her house and she’d always made sure we were fed. She was one of a kind! She gave everything she had to Family and to our Lord Jesus Christ! It was a blessing to hand her my children for her to hold her great grandchildren for
She was a GREAT Grandma!

We are expecting a litter of livestock guardian pups this week. They will be 1/2 Anatolian, 1/4 Akbash, and 1/4 Pyrenees. They come from excellent working parents who earn their living. We have sheep, cattle, chickens, and pigs but use them primarily for sheep guardians. Expect them to be ready in a couple of months. Just let me know if you are interested! (Picture of pup we kept from previous litter).

If you look through the photos of where the forest floor started as overgrown w**ds you could barely walk through. We had a forest mulcher come in to give us room to walk and control it. Now we’re running pigs through the w**ds starting to grow again. They are changing the ground for the better! And check out that grass growth in the last 2 photos it’s been 30 days since they were on that!!!

Happy Mothers Day Rachel Cundiff. She’s the greatest thing that’s happened to me. Except when she has an idea or asks ‘where’s your tape measure?’……… she wrangles cows, pigs, chickens and babies! We have grown so much since we first met and I thank God everyday!
