Hi friends! I’ve noticed some new faces around here lately, and after getting these lovely photos back from Britten Nicole I thought it was a good opportunity to re-introduce myself.
I’m Diana, the founder of Little Blue Thistle. Before flowers, my background was in nonprofit event planning, so creating meaningful experiences and bringing people together has always been a big part of who I am. After stepping away from my full-time career and unexpectedly finding my way into the floral world, I started Little Blue Thistle as a way to combine all of those things I love — flowers, creativity, community and connection.
What makes this business so special to me is that it’s about more than just pretty flowers. It’s about creating moments that feel personal, welcoming and joyful — whether that’s a bloom bar at a celebration, a workshop with friends, or simply a bouquet that brightens an ordinary day.
Today, I get to bring bouquet bars, workshops, pop-ups and floral experiences to celebrations and gatherings throughout Rochester and the Finger Lakes, and I’m so grateful every time someone chooses Little Blue Thistle to be part of their day.
