💙 **Bridging the Gap, One Blue Envelope at a Time!** 💙

Hey there, Williamson County! We wanted to drop a quick reminder that the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office is a proud participant in the Blue Envelope Program! 🚙✨

Since we launched this partnership back in April, the feedback from our community has been absolutely incredible. We are so grateful for your support and stories!

🤔 What is the Blue Envelope Program?

The Blue Envelope is designed to enhance communication between law enforcement officers and individuals with conditions like Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, or other communication differences during a traffic stop.

* **How it works:** You keep your driver’s license, registration, and insurance inside the bright blue envelope.
* **The benefit:** When an officer sees the envelope, it immediately signals them to use specific communication techniques to ensure the interaction is as safe, calm, and smooth as possible for everyone involved.

The envelope also comes with a decal you can put on the back window of your vehicle, and it also comes with an emergency contact card that can be kept inside of it as well!

* **When:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

All you have to do is tell the receptionist that you would like a Blue Envelope, and you'll be given on with no questions asked!

While we don’t know for certain what the weather will do, we felt it was best to postpone the Shoppe Trail Market rather than risk a rainout at the last minute.
