I understand restless legs and therefore have created a salve that works in minutes and contains three different anti-spasmodic essential oils.
It helps target the irritable and jumpy nerves that cause the annoying discomfort. Works in minutes, let the reviews speak for themselves! Sounds silly but I also use a hair tie around the arch of my feet to help disrupt the signals and give your legs a good massage as you are rubbing in the salve.
