🌿 Got Tall Flower Spikes Flopping Over? We've Got a Simple Fix! 🌿

Delphiniums, lupines, hollyhocks, foxgloves, peonies, and many other garden favorites put on a spectacular show—but those tall blooms can quickly end up leaning, flopping, or snapping after wind, rain, or heavy flowering.

The secret? Support them before they fall!
Our sturdy plant support rings and stakes help keep plants upright and looking their best all season long. They blend into the garden, are easy to install, and prevent those gorgeous flower spikes from ending up sprawled across the ground.

💜 Keep blooms standing tall
💜 Protect flowers from wind damage
💜 Create a tidier, more professional-looking garden
💜 Reusable year after year

Just look at this beautiful delphinium—those stunning flower spikes are breathtaking, but without support, they'd be much more likely to lean or fall over as the blooms mature.

How adorable is this fox garden collection?! The soft aqua, blush pink florals, and sweet little fox in the wheelbarrow make the perfect whimsical combo for spring and summer sewing projects. 💕🌿

The dress shown is made from a panel with the instructions printed right on it — making it super fun and beginner-friendly! Just add coordinating fabrics and trims to create this charming twirl-worthy dress with pockets. ✂️🧵

The nursery is absolutely glowing right now 🌸☀️

Irises are showing off their ruffled blooms, the salvias and veronicas are buzzing with pollinators, butterfly bushes are starting to color up, and even the daylilies are joining the show!

One of the best parts of spring is seeing all the different textures, colors, and bloom shapes come together in the garden. These heat-loving perennials are putting on a show and thriving in our high desert climate.

If you’re wanting to add long-lasting color, attract bees and butterflies, or build a cottage-style garden that can handle our Nevada summers, now is the perfect time to plant 🌿🐝

Come wander the nursery and see what’s blooming this week!

Irises are just about ready to put on their show! 🌸
These hardy perennials are one of the best ways to add bold color and texture to the landscape. From rich purples and blues to soft yellows, whites, and bi-colors, irises bring a classic cottage garden feel while handling our high desert climate surprisingly well once established.
Their blooms don’t last forever, but when they open, they absolutely steal the spotlight. Now is the perfect time to stop by and pick out your favorites before peak bloom hits!
☀️ Full sun lovers
💧 Low to moderate water once established
🌿 Great for borders, cottage gardens, and cut flowers
Come see which varieties are getting ready to bloom!

It's ’s the perfect time to check on your fruit trees for any signs of damage or diseased wood.

Watch for:
• Oozing amber-colored sap or “gumming”
• Dark, sunken areas on branches or trunks
• Dead branch tips or sudden dieback
• Cracked bark or blackened spots

These issues are especially common after late freezes, pruning injuries, or wet spring weather. Catching problems early can help save the tree and prevent the disease from spreading.

Healthy trees start with good airflow, proper watering, and keeping stress to a minimum.

Here are some pictures of diseased apricot, peach, and cherry I found here at our nursery.
