This will be so much fun!

We are days away from the 43rd Annual Old Time Saturday. To our returning vendors, welcome back! To our new vendors, we are so excited for you to experience Old Time Saturday!

Please remember that all of the event staff are VOLUNTEERS. We use our own personal time to put together this event for the community. Please be patient and respectful to all volunteers and event staff during this event.

Detailed instructions are below. Please read through the instructions thoroughly before arriving at check-in.

- All food vendors are required to have a Collin County Food Service/Health perming. These permits are not verified during registration, but a health inspector may be on sight to check permits.

- Electricity is not provided unless you pre-signed up for electricity

- Spaces will be assigned the morning of the event

- Displays/trailers may not protrude outside of your rented space (10x20, 20x20, etc)

- All Arts/Crafts and non-trailer food vendors are required to have a canopy covering and they must fit within your rented space.

- You may arrive at the event between 4:30am and 7:30am for entry and setup. Any vendors who sets up earlier, without checking in, will be required to tear down and return to the registration table at the end of the line. Any vendors who arrive after 7:30 am will not be allowed to setup

- All FOOD vendors must register at the registration table prior to setting up. Registration is located at the intersection of South Main St. & Gotcher St.

- All FOOD vendors must enter the registration line via

- All spaces must be setup and ready to sell items by 8:00am

- As a courtesy to other vendors, we ask that you unhook your trailers (if applicable) and/or unload your items and immediately move your vehicles. Please do not leave your vehicles on the square while you setup your booth. No motorized vehicles will be allowed to remain on the Square during the event.

- Tear down is scheduled for 5:00pm. No motorized vehicles will be allowed on the square from 8:00am-5:00pm. You may tear down early, but you will be responsible for transporting your items off the square without a motorized vehicle.
