These are my Tanjore paintings.

Tanjore paintings are an ancient art form originated from Thanjavoor (Tanjore in British English), India. Thanjavoor is also my native place, I was born in a small village in Thanjavoor. Tanjore paintings are traditionally of Hindu gods and goddesses, embossed with 22 carat gold leaf and embedded with gem stones. It's an intricate artwork that takes months to complete. I took formal training for this, so as to not deviate from traditional methods. These two paintings were created with careful guidance of my teacher, guide and mentor with support from other artisans.
