COLD BREW TEA – AN IRRESISTIBLE CHARM
Did you know that nearly 80% of tea consumed in the U.S. is cold brew tea?
Cold brew tea has become increasingly popular around the world, and it’s no longer a new concept in Vietnam either. You’ll often find it featured on the menus of modern cafés and tea houses.

1. What is Cold Brew Tea?
Cold brew tea is made by steeping tea leaves in cool or cold water for 8 to 12 hours, instead of using hot water and adding ice. This method allows the tea to slowly release its flavor, resulting in a smooth, refreshing, and naturally sweet taste – perfect for a chill lifestyle.

2. Why Choose Cold Brew?
• SMOOTH & DELICIOUS
Unlike hot brewing, which extracts flavor quickly (and sometimes harshly), cold brewing lets the tea leaves open up gently. This slows the release of bitter compounds like tannins and reduces caffeine content, giving you a more balanced, delicate, and naturally sweet cup of tea. It’s like the difference between microwaving your food and slow-cooking it with care.
• SAFE & LONG-LASTING
Cold brew tea stays fresher and cleaner for longer when stored in the fridge. Just remember to rinse the tea leaves with hot water (under 90°C) before steeping to remove any dust or impurities.
• SIMPLE & CONVENIENT
All you need is tea and water – that’s it! Let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours, ideally 8–12 hours, and you’ll have a flavorful tea ready by morning. You can even freeze it into ice cubes for an easy grab-and-go drink any time.
