Please join us in welcoming Christopher Cooper to the A3 Development family as our new Project Manager!

Christopher brings a wealth of experience in construction, home inspections, building maintenance, life safety, and regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for being dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to doing things the right way. Before joining A3, Christopher owned and operated his own home inspection business and was a licensed home inspector in both Tennessee and Alabama.

Congratulations Heather!
We are excited for this new chapter for you.💚
Fayetteville Main Street

Fayetteville Main Street is pleased to announce that Heather McCormick has accepted the position of Executive Director, beginning October 12, 2026.

Heather is a lifelong resident of Lincoln County and has been actively involved with Fayetteville Main Street for the past six years, serving most recently as Board President. Through her involvement, she has developed strong relationships with downtown merchants, community partners, volunteers, and local leaders and has seen firsthand the impact Main Street has on downtown Fayetteville.

Heather also serves on the board of the Fayetteville-Lincoln County Museum and has served as the museum’s auditorium rental coordinator for more than 18 years. Her years of community involvement have given her a deep appreciation for Fayetteville, its history, and the people and businesses that make the community special.

“I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve Fayetteville Main Street in this new role. I care deeply about our downtown and our community. Aimee has done so much to grow Fayetteville Main Street into what it is today, and I’m thankful for the strong foundation she has built. I’m excited to continue that work while learning the role and finding ways we can keep moving Main Street forward.

I know there will be a learning curve as I become familiar with all of the day-to-day responsibilities of the Executive Director position, and I ask for a little patience and grace along the way. I’m ready to learn, work hard, listen, and do everything I can to help Main Street continue moving forward.”

Heather and her husband, Jason, are lifelong members of the Lincoln County community and have two children, Cailyn and Reed.

Fayetteville Main Street looks forward to this next chapter and continuing its mission of supporting downtown businesses, preserving the character of the historic downtown district, and creating opportunities that bring the community together.

Heather McCormick will officially begin her role as Executive Director on October 12, 2026.

💚 A3 Development is so proud to celebrate Jamie Thomison and her well-deserved promotion to Operations Manager! 👏

Jamie has been such an important part of the A3 family, and watching her grow from Office Coordinator into this new role has been incredibly rewarding.

From helping our customers in the showroom to coordinating projects, schedules, and all the little details that keep things moving behind the scenes, Jamie brings something special to everything she does. She genuinely cares about people, takes pride in her work, and always looks for ways to help.

What makes us even more proud is that Jamie’s commitment to serving others extends beyond A3. She cares deeply about our community, her family, friends, and her church — and that heart for people is something we truly value.

We’re thankful for the dedication, loyalty, and heart Jamie brings to our team every day. We couldn’t be more excited to see what this next chapter holds for her. 💚

Congratulations, Jamie! We are so proud of you and grateful to have you on Team A3! 🥰👏
