BRUNT BOOTS!!! All day comfort and durability for even the toughest jobs!! Nothing like comfort when doing hard and heavy construction like we do. This is a fire restoration job we been doing. I’ll post more pics as it goes. But definitely I huge SHOUT OUT TO BRUNT BOOTS!!!!!

A nice porch job we did at B&B Home Improvements! This porch was outdated and falling apart. Now it’s all been restructured underneath with new support girders and beams. Then we installed 3/4” pressure treated tongue and groove as its new surface. Wow it looks great and even though I been doing construction and remodeling for about 25 years. I’m still always amazed and thrilled at the end results. It’s a feeling that is easy to describe. It’s called pure joy.

The tile installation project involved bordering both home showers with stylish tiles, creating a cohesive look by wrapping the tub area walls with matching tile to blend with the adjacent shower wall. In addition we also gave each bathroom a nice backsplash to showcase the bathroom’s countertops.

We are almost done with a closet project that involved tearing down a wall and building new walls to create two closets of the requested size. We also had to construct a new ceiling structure to lower it from 10 feet to 8 feet, installed new light fixtures, and built matching colonial-style door trim and baseboard to blend in with the rest of the house.

Hey Momma
Just wanted to drop you a letter. I want you to know I love and miss you so very much. It’s been 19 years now to the day. When god took you home I honestly don’t know how I survived losing my best friend in the entire world. What I do know is that not a day goes by I don’t think about you. Your smile and your laugh and the smell of work on you from new way lunch. I am doing ok and I want you to know I am now almost 14 years sober and it’s important to me that you see I have changed. I really wish we had more time together and I miss how we used to eat a big fat grease dripping cheeseburger from Bills ideal Diner at 4 am when you would bring it home and wake me up. I am working hard as always and I try very hard to be a good person and pay it forward best I can in your honor. Your heart and kindness changed people and helped people and made people feel loved and important. I try to carry that on for you to the best of my ability. I have a small handyman business and it does pretty well and even though I’ll never be deep pockets. I Atleast have the work and the name to keep paying bills and doing the best I can with the money I make. God knows and so do you that I’ve been thru some heavy trials and tribulations the last 19 years. But I have you to thank for the strength and mindset to remain strong and get up and brush off after I get knocked down. Your love and strength has been my guide in this life and always will be the foundation I am built from. I know in 3 more days it’s your birthday and I’ll be writing you another letter. But for now I wanted to let you know you are the rock and always have been that made me the man I am today. I’m not perfect I have many flaws and I am not afraid to admit that because I know I have come a long way from who I was. It’s always day by day and one day at a time. But I am ok and I am happy with who I am now compared to my past self. I thank you for always being honest and loving me even when I didn’t make it easy on you at all. I love you my beautiful Momma and my truest best friend for life. Sending you a huge hug and a kiss on your forehead as it’s been to long since I have been able to. I love you Cynthia Lee LaPrairie. Smile babe it looks amazing on you 😍🥰😘 I’m still next to you!!!

Here is a Kitchen tile job we did. The customer wanted a couple unique inlays and she got exactly what she wanted. They were absolutely and completely happy with what they asked for. They have been repeat customers for about 3 years now. We also did a complete shower remodel for them last year.

A closet extension we did recently. Was a 2’ by 8’ and is now 8’x8’ with a door and light fixture.
