Happy Birthday to my hero, The Man, The Myth, The Legend🎉 My Dad, Greg🎂 He’s the smartest, most talented person I know and I’m thankful that I get to see him in the shop most days as he makes his way to his private studio to work on his pottery. Lately, he’s been making NEW dogwood ornaments for the upcoming holiday season, along with other functional pottery. Check this out🫪 I asked Carolyn to paint a shop sample of the Thing hand and boy, oh boy, did she! It’s soooo creepy cool with bruises, bones, blood…It’s perfect and gross at the same time 👻

Talk about crazy “Before and After” kiln magic-WOW🤩 I used several new specialty crystal glazes on this leaf bowl and it turned out even better than I hoped. ⭐️ We are hosting a workshop Saturday, October 17th from 5-7pm where we will walk you through glazing your own beautiful serving bowl. Imagine using this at Thanksgiving and when people ask where you got it, you can tell them YOU painted it. The workshop event will be posted on Facebook, space is very limited and preregistration is required.
