Epoxy lesson of the day: Don’t do this. 😂

We KNOW better, but we used tape alone on the ends of these rounds.

Spoiler alert: that s**t doesn’t work. 🤦‍♀️ Unless your goal is to donate a bunch of expensive epoxy to the shop floor.

When you have large, deep cracks, use melamine, tape AND silicone to properly dam everything up.

Take the extra few minutes and do it right. Your epoxy budget will thank you. 😂

30 EPOXY WORKSHOPS! 🎉

This Saturday we hosted our 30th workshop! When we started these classes one year ago, we were hoping to host ONE a month. You guys definitely had other plans!

We’re completely blown away by the support. Thank you to everyone who has joined us, created with us, and helped make these classes what they are!

Next class: September 12th!

Just another day of AGRICULTURE on the farm. 🌳🪵

Today we harvested trees grown right here on our property. Managing our land, harvesting timber, milling lumber and producing wood products is all part of what we do.

Turns out trees aren’t just pretty to look at. They’re a crop too. 😉🌳

✨ WOW… THESE WORKSHOP BOARDS! ✨

Today I put the first seal coat on the boards from one of our private epoxy workshops, and WOW did they turn out fantastic!

I used WiseBond Table Top Epoxy for the seal coat today, and this is the stage where everything really starts to come to life. The colors pop, the wood grain comes through, and you finally get a glimpse of the finished boards.

I seriously love how every single one turned out! 😍

Now onto the next step!
