Finished these very old chairs this week. They are Gothic Revival chairs used by a Masonic Lodge in late 1800s. They were in rough shape. They were stuffed with horse hair, excelsior, and old rags. They had been recovered a few times previously.

This afternoon I took a personal day šŸ¤£ and worked on my own project. This was a rocking chair that my godmother gave me when I was a wee girl (so itā€™s over 50ish years old). I recovered it in a new fabric and paired it with a teddy bear that a dear family member made from flour sacks from my late husbandā€™s grandmaā€™s barn. ā¤ļø

šŸ„¶šŸ„¶šŸ„¶Just a reminder that most marine vinyl fabric has a cold crack temp of about -10 degrees. Temperatures for the next week will be close to that. Do not fold outdoor vinyl in extreme cold. Do not bump it. Do not sit on it. Otherwise, you will be coming to see me shortly needing to have your boat or outdoor seating recovered!šŸ„¶šŸ„¶šŸ„¶
Store your outdoor furniture and recreational vehicles in a sheltered area and donā€™t apply any pressure to them when it is really cold outside.
