We’ve been working on something for 10 months. Some of you knew the plan. Some of you just saw the ornate doorway to an empty room. There are still improvements to come, but our prayer room is open and available. This is a place to come and rest in the presence of the Holy Spirit. Whether you’re close to Him or not, you are welcome here. Seek first the kingdom of God, and all else will be added. The enemy has been trying to stop this on what seems like a weekly basis, but we serve an amazing savior who defeated death. His name is Jesus. With the help of our family in Christ we consecrated the prayer room this evening and hung the first prayers on the wall. You are welcome to stop by any time you see the shop open to use the prayer room. I’m there outside of business hours pretty often. If you see us there and need prayer, come on in. If you’d like to spend time alone, or if you need someone to go to the Lord in prayer with you, just let us know. We built this shop to serve the Lord, and to serve others. Ferdinand Flower Shop is a ministry first, and a business second. All are welcome here. “For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.”

My family and I laid our beautiful Mother to rest yesterday. From your Ferdinand Flower Shop Family…thank you for giving us grace during this time and for your kind words, whether it’s on my personal page, business page, text messages or in-person-thank you so much. I may not respond to everyone’s comments, but I do see them and truly appreciate them and I know my family truly appreciates them as well. Sending you all lots of love.

💗 **A Note to Our Valued Customers**

To our wonderful customers,

We wanted to let you know that our shop will be **closed every Saturday in July** and **closed July 30th through August 5th**.

Our family is currently walking through a very difficult season. My mom is facing an advanced battle with cancer, and we are cherishing every moment we have left together. Along with several other unexpected life events, we've realized that we need to step away briefly to focus on what matters most right now—our family. We will still try to remain open throughout the weeks ahead, aside from the ones mentioned above.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are incredibly grateful for your patience, understanding, and support. Your kindness, prayers, and continued support of our small business mean more to us than words can express.

Thank you for allowing us the time to care for the people we love. We look forward to serving you. Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers during this time and know that you are in ours as well.
