I've always had a passion for DIY!! Get it?

Now that I am about to retire from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of service, I've decided to pursue said passion. Most of you know that I have a special needs daughter and she is the reason I stayed in the military until retirement. Due to the unknown when she was diagnosed, she played a huge part in the thing that I developed call “patience”. While out to sea (away from her) for months at a time,

I had to maintain this “patience” and with that came DIY. It brought with it a calm and soothing place for me. Many of you can’t pronounce her name, so you have known her as Ladybug (since birth). You also know due to her diagnoses she relies heavily on her enormous Imagination. Ladybug’s Imagination. I thank you all for your support in my passion as I finally transition to being a “Mother”. Thank you everyone for taking the time out to support my passion for crafting & I look forward to making your custom items. I am open to any suggestions and ideas. Please take a moment and read below and I am available to answers questions that you may still have. Applies to ALL items in my shop but especially Tumblers and Water Bottles!

*All Tumblers and Water Bottles are HANDMADE with that being said please note that if you order a NON GLITTER Tumbler you might still get some specs on it, due to my house being infested with glitter!

*An order can be canceled within the first 24 hours after payment is made.

*Once an order is placed, you have 48 hours to make any changes to your order as far as item, size, glitter colors, and decals....after the 48 hours I do NOT allow ANY changes!! Otherwise there will be a fee applied.

*Due to the nature of each cup and water bottle being HANDMADE, please understand that there may be imperfections.

*All tumblers and water bottles are finished with FDA Compliant Resin and will have a smooth, glass-like finish.

*Epoxy can be cracked! Please be sure to hand wash all tumblers and water bottles prior to first use and thereon, dishwasher may become to hot and ruin the item. I am not responsible for any damage to dropped or dishwasher cups or water bottles. However I will work with you to fix it (if possible).

*Due to orders being personalized full payment is required at the time of order. I will not start an order until its paid in full.

*Pricing varies, as it depends on the complexity of your item and the time it takes to make it. Message me and we can come up with a fair price.

*If I make your item based on what you ordered and you do not like it, you will be responsible for the cost and material to either remake or make changes.

*All orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and NO returns*

*My average turnaround time right now is 2-4 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. If I am able to get it done sooner, I sure will and I will contact you when it is ready. Please keep in mind larger orders will require a longer time frame.

*Rush orders are available for an additional charge. If you need your order done sooner than my 2-4 week turnaround time, please let me know so I can add a rush fee and push your order up. I need a minimum of 10 days for rush orders.

*Payments are made via PayPal, CashApp and Zelle, unless otherwise discussed. Thank you for taking the time to read this and your much welcomed support!!
