A deliberate splurge, the custom copper hood delivered all three. From there, a redesigned Lakeside blue island, Cambria countertops, Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances, Delta Faucet fixtures, and Daltile flooring built out a space rooted in a lakehouse, nautical aesthetic that finally feels at home.

Some homes carry history in their bones. This Downtown Fernandina renovation in the historic district required designing around original windows, doors, and millwork — not replacing them.

The primary bedroom and bathroom transformation is the centerpiece. A formerly unused room between bedrooms was converted into a dedicated dressing room, adding storage and function without touching the home's historic character. New materials like shiplap were chosen specifically to complement the original millwork rather than compete with it.

The result is a home that feels completely refreshed and entirely itself.

Looking around the room, it's hard not to notice how far fourteen years of growth will take you. We've doubled our office space just to keep up. These days it takes 30 chairs to fit the whole team, and the growth is not slowing down.
