This is a project that really lets our designers get creative.

One bathroom went bold, with floor to ceiling blue subway tile, a rainfall shower head, and brass fixtures that make a statement the second you walk in. The other went soft and expressive, wrapping a freestanding soaking tub in shell print wallpaper and backing the double vanity with a striking crane print accent wall.

Upstairs, a new addition tucked in neatly above the kitchen, adding real living space without touching a single thing below it. And in the garage, of all places, a custom attic lift turned wasted overhead space into storage you'll actually use.

Every room got the same attention to detail, whether it's the showpiece bathroom or the garage ceiling nobody sees.

Come stand in the foyer with us for a second, because in a few weeks, this exact spot won't exist the way you're seeing it now.

The best design decisions in this bathroom are the ones you don't notice.

Grab bars blend into a band of contrasting tile at the step, there for support without ever looking like a safety feature. The shower glass and plumbing were custom set at a shorter height, a detail made possible with help from Hall's Integrity Glass, so daily use feels effortless without changing the look of the space. Patterned blue tile and quartz countertops carry the eye too, proving aging in place features can lead the design and still feel like a spa oasis.

The tub itself was a splurge, and it shows. A statement piece anchored by an ocean view that inspired the whole coastal aesthetic.

This bath at Ocean Club on the Plantation proves aging in place can be planned from the start, not bolted on later, and still come out easier to maintain and live in every single day.

Picture this. It's early evening. You're standing at a Cambria quartz island in a kitchen that didn't exist a few months ago. Down the hall, the primary bath has traded an awkward, cramped layout for a soaking tub and walk-in shower built for real life. Out back, you're grilling under a new covered patio, ocean breeze rolling in, waves audible in the distance.
