The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office has been made aware of a bomb threat involving all schools in Lyon County. At this time, we do not believe there is any active danger, but we are taking this situation very seriously.

Deputies and additional resources have been dispatched to our schools as a precaution.

We will provide updates when available.

Another new business celebrating their Grand Opening here in Fernley. Ribbon Cutting event is this coming Friday, January 30th at their new location at The Meadows at Inglewood. 1:00pm.

Come out this Friday at 1:00 for the Grand Opening of the new Reno Ortho Center in Fernley. The new office is at 1030 Inglewood Drive! Another great new resource for the Fernley Community!
