Cut out a quick simple boot ring for the Gordon Semi on the diy CNC I made last year. There are 4 air lines that run up the shifter to the handle that needed to be hidden with the full leather sleeve. Incase anyone is interested in speeds and feeds, this was cut at 320ipm , .006doc and 60ipm plunge.

We made new inserts for my good friends 911 ST because he just can’t help himself. He wanted to increase his chances to zero for seeing the same seat in another car. It’s always fun doing little mods with this guy

I designed this steering wheel and cut it on my home made CNC I built from scratch. It still needs some sanding and more polish on the inside profiles and I’m making horn button and ring now and the outside grip ring.
