Leather furniture is far easier to care for than most people think.

Here’s the full care routine:

1️⃣ Monthly: Wipe down your leather to remove dust and debris. That’s it. A soft, dry cloth is all you need.

2️⃣ As needed (for spills): Blot the spill immediately. Don’t rub, don’t scrub. Just press a clean cloth into the area until it’s fully dry. Leather handles spills well as long as you respond quickly.

3️⃣ Quarterly: Use a leather conditioner specifically formulated for furniture. A dime-size amount applied to a soft cloth, worked into the leather in circular motions. Focus on the high-contact areas, the headrest and the armrests, where the natural oils from your skin tend to build up over time.

What to avoid:

❌No harsh chemicals.
❌No general household cleaners.
❌No abrasive sponges.

These will dry out the leather and shorten its life dramatically.

That’s really the entire routine. Five minutes a month, fifteen minutes once a quarter.

And here’s what that gets you: leather furniture that genuinely gets better with age. Supple, rich, and full of character. Stressless chairs are known to last 20 to 30 years when properly cared for.

Here’s all you need to know about our White Glove Delivery service:

1. “What’s the actual difference between white glove and regular delivery?” Regular ends at your door. White glove ends in the exact spot in your room, with everything set up and the mess gone.

2. “Is assembly included?” Yes. Bed frames, sectionals, anything that needs building, our crew assembles it in your home and inspects it in working order before they leave.

3. “Will you take away my old furniture?” Yes. Most white glove services don’t, ours does. Old furniture and all the packing material, gone.

4. “What if my house is tricky to get into?” Flagstaff homes have stairs and tight hallways, we know. Back steps, sliding doors, whatever it takes. We carry the 200-pound mattress up your stairs and into your bedroom.

5. “How do I know it will fit?” We measure before we sell. Our sales team makes sure the piece fits your home, by size and by doorway, before delivery day is on the calendar.
