All items are made by request and a preview will be sent to you for approval before your item is made. One design change is permitted before we have made your item. Once you approve your item, we cannot make changes to the design. Since items are homemade, each item is different and there will be slight flaws which can be beyond o

ur control. By purchasing the items, you are agreeing to the fact that there may be slight flaws and differences in the items. HANDMADE / HOMEMADE ITEMS ARE NEVER PERFECT. Items that are purchased and designed for customers are not refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 2 days of receipt. You must return the item in order to receive a replacement. No replacement will be made unless the original item is returned unless other arrangements have been made in advance. ALL DESIGNS IN THE FILES WERE PURCHASED THROUGH REPUTABLE SOURCES AND INCLUDE A COMMERCIAL LICENSE SO THAT I AM ABLE TO OFFER YOU THE DESIGNS AND USE THEM ON YOUR ITEMS. IF YOU FIND A DESIGN YOU LIKE THAT IS NOT IN MY FILES, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I MAY BE ABLE TO PURCHASE IT. I WILL USE THE DESIGN IN THE FUTURE IF I DO PURCHASE IT TO USE ON YOUR ITEM SO I WILL NOT CHARGE YOU FOR THE COST OF THAT DESIGN. YOU CAN USE MORE THAN 1 DESIGN FROM THE FILES, SUCH AS A BACKGROUND, AN IMAGE AND/OR NAMES. THE IMAGES IN THE FILES ARE WATERMARKED SO THEY CAN NOT BE COPIED/STOLEN WITHOUT PURCHASING THEM FROM THE ORIGINAL SELLER. I DO NOT SELL, TRADE OR SEND ANY OF THE DESIGNS I HAVE PURCHASED. IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE IMAGE ITSELF, I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO TELL YOU WHERE I PURCHASED IT SO YOU CAN BUY IT. IF IT IS AN IMAGE I DESIGNED/MADE, I WILL LET YOU KNOW AS WELL. Invoices must be paid in full before your order will be started. There are circumstances that I will accept Venmo as well. Please send me a message through Facebook Messenger regarding what you would like (item, design name & if you would like any words added to the design). Please include your Paypal email so that I can send you an invoice.
