When you’re Aunt Bridget Perry (My GodMother too 🤣) & Uncle Brad live up on Hubbard Lake and did a beautiful addition- You don’t let them hire the local yokels! We made a road trip three hours one way. They went with Coretec VV012 Manila Oak & some Revolution Carpet Mills 60 ounce carpet on the steps/ hallway and two bedrooms upstairs. Turned out great!  ❤️❤️❤️

(of course construction is not done but the Floors are!)

Thanks to my neighbor Bruce Calhoun who did the blueprints for this addition. We drove up last year so he could get the measurements.

Realty Executives Building in Lapeer…. Well we had this gigantic one on for half the space today and the other half next Saturday, it turned into all of it today! Furniture was heavy as hell and old carpet was stuck to the ground with super glue that we ripped out! They went with a modular carpet tile from Shaw that we stock at the store…. Great color 😍 We have the hardest working crew in the business. Now Matt and I have 10 houses to measure, We are happy to be busy!

Installed some Luxury Vinyl Plank by Coretec today down in Otronville 1789 sq foot to be exact. The color the customer went with was Flagstaff Oak, what a AWESOME color 😍 We knocked this one out in 4 hours from start to finish! On to the next one 💪🏻

Davison Job- 1800 ft.² of LVP installed. Evermore color ashen sand. A Local company did this home 5 years back & it was VERY poorly installed. We ripped it all up & did it right! (not to mention, eliminated the carpet/ other materials made the whole first floor flow seamlessly.) Enjoy!
