From cutting single panes of glass, residential window replacements, shower enclosures, or tabletops right up to commercial repairs and full storefront installations we can do it all. With over 275 years of combined experience in the glass industry there isn't much we haven't seen!

Palmetto Glass, Inc. is now hiring a shower door installer for a full-time position (Monday through Friday 40-hour work week). The job involves handling glass, fabrication and installation of shower enclosures and mirrors and other related functions. Having experience is helpful, but we will train the right person. We are an equal opportunity employer with paid sick leave, paid holidays, health insurance, 401-K and paid vacations. Applicants must be able to pass a drug test and have a valid driver’s license. Our company has been in business in Florence for 56 years and is locally owned and operated. Our pay scale matches or exceeds industry standards. Palmetto Glass Christmas Party 2025

A wonderful time was had by all at the Palmetto Glass Christmas Party (and Award Presentations) this past Friday afternoon!

We have previously had the Christmas Party after work at various local restaurants but, this year the decision was made to have the party in house to make it easier for employees that do not live in Florence. It was great! The ladies in the office (Lisa Morgan and Niecy Echols) really put in the work planning, decorating the office, making additional goodies, and coordinating the event. Stefano's of Florence, South Carolina catered the event for us. The food, fellowship, and atmosphere was absolutely perfect for our Christmas Party.

We also took the time to recognize some milestones within the company. Kevin Knight was presented his 10 year award for service to Palmetto Glass, (the ever photogenic) Charles Russ was awarded his 15 year plaque, and Allen Jackson was recognized for 45 years at Palmetto Glass. Yes, you read that right - 45 years!

The event wrapped up with drawings for door prizes and a fun time was had by all!

Your courage, dedication, and sacrifice are the pillars of the freedom we enjoy every day.
