I love key lime pie and I have tried many kinds from homemade ones to store bought ones. Well today we tried the Mad Dash Key Lime pie mix and now it's my new favorite! I added the mix to cream cheese and whipped it up and folded in some cool whip. Poured it in a graham cracker crust and chilled for an hour! How easy is that.
