Ever wonder what would happen if you do not have your chimney cap or rain pan inspected every year? Whether you are using your fireplace or not, these items do rust and eventually need replacing. Unfortunately, what would usually be a small repair, is costing this customer a lot more in replacement of not only the rain pan, but also the entire interior of their fireplace.
