🌹 Tonight we went to the open house and Grand Reopening at the funeral home in downtown Flushing, now with a new name: Caterer Family Funeral Home!
🌹 The place has had a complete renovation that has taken a year or two, and Lindsay, the owner, had us custom finish and bring in many of my vintage all wood furniture pieces to fill key spots in the beautiful, newly decorated space. I thought I would share a few pictures from the evening. She and all her contractors did a beautiful job on everything.
🌹 Thank you Lindsay for inviting me and for all your purchases and for the delicious food and welcoming atmosphere tonight.
🌹 Bonus is we have known Lindsay for a long time, she went to school with our oldest and they graduated together in 2001.

♥️ Just finished this special order mid century dresser for a long- time client in farmhouse red with a smoky glaze added to tone the red down a little bit. The top is refinished in a beautiful rich color that perfectly coordinated with the art she had.
She got the dresser from her dad and wanted a nice update on it for her guest room. Hope it is enjoyed for many years to come, Lynn! ♥️
