Do you have a book you are currently reading?

This month we are reading Enchanted April in our Book Club.

I'm on chapter 7, there are 22 chapters. I love how the author has been building the characters!!

Do you ever relate to characters in a book? What they say? How they are described? Their thoughts?

I am actually reading this book with highlighter in hand, highlighting the personalities and individualities of each character.

So thankful for Book Club and the list of amazing books to read this year, it has been so inspiring to be delving into reading for my self again, it's been too long.

We had to let you in on some exciting news!!! One of our previous vendors just opened up a Whatnot shop and is having so much fun hosting weekly live auctions. Her first live auction was last Thursday and she knocked it out of the park! Go find her shop and jump on Thursday evening starting at 6pm to see what awesome items she has to offer. It's been awhile. I wanted to step in here, say hi, I miss you, and give you an update.

When I closed the doors for the last time to the shop in 2020 I did not know what laid ahead. I knew that I had two more years to homeschool my son. I loved antiques and opening my store was a dream come true, so if things worked out right I would open the store again one day.

Over the last 5 1/2 years a lot of great things have happened.
I've seen some of you at estate sales, I've helped our favorite Uncle host a lot of estate sales, and I've had a few sales of my own at my home.

That son graduated and it was time for me to decide what the next chapter of life looked like for me.

Three years ago I stepped into that next chapter. Life coaching. I have always loved people, talking with them, sharing stories, listening, helping them in whatever way I could support them, praying for them, encouraging them. I told you way back when the store was open that the hardest part of closing the store was going to be missing seeing all of you every month. And, it was.

So, I wanted to share this with all of you. If you want to follow along, I'm going to share some posts here with you all. If you have questions I'd love to answer them for you. I've missed you guys, I hope we can catch up in this space for a bit.
