What an awesome two weeks we’ve had at The Hangout Gulf Shores. So good seeing old friends and meeting new ones . We want to welcome each of you to our crafting family . Thanks to each of you for attending our 2026 Beach Retreat . A big shout out to our Hangout crew for making our weekends so memorable. I can’t say enough how incredible each of you are ! The BEST wait staff , entertainment and special food menu for Gigi’s . I want to thank each of you for going above and beyond to make each one of us feel special We LOVE our entire Hangout Crew . Already looking forward 2027. Save the date January 14,15,16 and January 21,22,23 of 2027 Registration will open June 1st 2026. Another amazing day at The Hangout Gulf Shores. Everything was perfect ! Looking forward to a fun evening . NOTE: 5K run tomorrow PARKING for Beach Retreat attendees park in the employee parking lot on the East side of the Hangout or the parking lot beside Surf Style .
8am - 9:30 breakfast
1pm - 2pm lunch
5pm door prizes
Close out tabs by 6pm
7:30 - 8pm guys available to assist with loading

Rise and shine Scrapbookers let’s get this beautiful day started . Note : doors open at 8am no early entry. Check in at the front will tell you what row and which way you are facing ( north or south ). Watch where you’re walking look down so you don’t trip . The wait staff / guys will assist you unloading . Any issues with T-shirts , seating etc I’ll be glad to help . On your own for breakfast & lunch . Your wait staff will be happy to place orders for you . Meet and greet around 5-ish . It’s a great day to have a great day The Hangout Gulf Shores

Hey ladies just a reminder of what to bring January 22nd thru 24th for our second weekend at Gigis beach retreat .

Chair cushion

Power strip
Jacket / blanket
Light
Tip money for unloading and wait staff
Organize your Sbook stuff

Watch where you are walking inside the hangout we have lots of stuff / electrical etc

Any issues with T-shrts , seating arrangements etc i will take care of it as soon as possible .

No early entries door opens at 8am

Thank you ladies for a wonderful weekend . It was truly a fun filled weekend . The Chef and his team knocked it out of the park with our delicious food .
We enjoyed our entertainment crew . They kept us on our feet , dancing , singing, stretching with their energetic selves . A big thank you to the wait staff who took care of our every need . Looking forward to seeing each of you soon. The Hangout Gulf Shores
