We have been installing custom window coverings in Gulf Shores / Orange Beach for 6 years now.

36 years in the business, we love plantation shutters!

This is only our 5th job down here that we could actually use an inside mount / direct mount installation.

This style of installation is difficult. Takes precision on our part for measuring, specifying and ordering, and then on the manufacturer to produce what we specified. But more importantly, the builder, framers, dry wallers, trim guys and finish guys need to do their part ahead…

Windows tilt in for cleaning / screen removal, ease of operation.

Well… first time in 20+ years that I cracked a sidelight / door…

I’ve installed over 30 of these at Lighthouse on the Bay (Phoenix on the Bay II) over the past two years and this one got me…

Shout out to Alabama Glass in Orange Beach who came out the same day, measured, and replaced the sidelight glass the next day! Crisis avoided.

Tip of the day, don’t let your bit slip when drilling into steel next to glass…

This homeowner had her builder add plant ledges to these windows in her office. Genius! 🌱🌿 ☀️ There was just enough clearance to get an energy efficient cordless honeycomb shade mounted inside the window trim to let plants have light during the day but the owner to have privacy at night. You've got challenges, we've got solutions!

Your dog loves it when the shutters are open so that he can alert you to squirrels and such, but sometimes, you need the dog to just calm down! Nothing to see outside today, Spot, sorry! Solution: split the shutters: all open, all closed, or a dog-calming combo, your choice! Let us know how we can make your day quieter!
