But the greatest of these is love ❤️🔥
What a blessing this first year at Notre Dame was. I was challenged in many ways, and at times, it felt like the circumstances were asking me to quit; at times, I just wanted a hug from my family. But this year of challenges was a year of trusting God, surrendering it all to Him, and being amazed, time and again ❤️🔥
I was taught a lot this year - about courage and curiosity, about myself, and about faith, hope, and love. The Lord has continued to show me He is always there and is, even now, making a way. The struggles make us stronger, more hopeful, more thankful; through them, we can learn what greatness is possible if only we have faith, seek the good, and don't give up.
Even from a different time zone, my family was always there for me. Wondrously enough, I grew closer to them, and I gained more family, too. Thank you to everyone who has become family, helping make Notre Dame home and life all the sweeter 💕
This first year at Notre Dame has been filled with gifts, and the greatest of these is love ❤️
