If you donā€™t have a green thumb but want live houseplants, get a Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum)!
I went out of town and came home to the first picture. Peace Lilies are total DRAMA QUEENS when they need water!
I gave her a good soaking, letting water run completely through the bottom. Then put her in a bowl with 2 inches of water overnight, and by this morning she went from ā€œTell my family I love themā€¦ā€ to ā€œNever mind, Iā€™m fine!ā€ šŸ¤£šŸŒæ

Another easy one is a Snake Plant, I only water mine about every two weeks.
