How do I store my sourdough bread?
In a brown paper bag on the counter at room temp!

How long will my sourdough bread last?
Can last up to 3-5 days. It’s at it’s freshest the first 24 hours.

Why doesn’t my loaf last “that long”?
No preservatives or harsh ingredients! Simply flour water and salt.

What is sourdough?

“Sourdough relies on a mix of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria, rather than baker's yeast, to leaven the dough. It's richer in nutrients, less likely to spike your blood sugar, contains lower amounts of gluten, and is generally easier to digest than bread made with baker's yeast.”
