I decided to hand-paint a canvas sign for my curated clothing collection.
Would it have been faster and easier to buy one online and have it arrive the next day? 1000%. But what a disservice that would have been to myself.
There's something really good about getting lost in the process of making something without having to be particularly good at it.
And I think that's something worth prioritizing and making time for.
