Sellers naturally have opinions about how their home looks, feels, and is presented. But staging isn’t about decorating for the seller’s personal style. It’s about making strategic choices for the buyer who hasn’t walked through the door yet.

Every piece, placement, color, and detail has a purpose: help buyers understand the space, connect with it, and picture themselves living there.

Some are simply about keeping staging day from turning into a three-ring circus.

A few non-negotiables:
• If you’re easy to work with, we’re easy to work with.
• We will never give you an exact staging time (hello rodeo)
• Staging is for the buyer, not the seller’s personal style - teach your sellers up on this!
• We do not need an audience on staging day - bring all the people after staging is complete!
• And yes… photos the next day really are the move, but seriously!

We promise there’s a method behind the madness. The goal is always the same: a smoother install, a stronger presentation, and a home that feels irresistible to the right buyer.
