These illustrations are part of a larger Master Development Plan designed by Perdomo and Wallace Architects. Community input and planning concepts were translated into urban illustrations that emphasized the reconstruction of the public realm, green spaces, and neighborhood connectivity.

The Zapopan Complex is a 114,000 square meter proposal for a competition in Guadalajara, Mexico. The complex was designed a pedestrian oriented residential project, where 6 towers share a variety of communal spaces. Each tower is connected through a system of roof gardens, parks, and pedestrian walkways, creating an immersive outdoor experience for those passing through. The lush landscape provides a retreat from the otherwise bustling city.
