This is a recently completed project located in Woodland Hills CA. This 9000 SF Mansion was built in the 1980’s and in desperate need of a makeover. My design partner Genie Francis and myself took to task removing all the flooring, renovating all the bathrooms and kitchen, painting, and making significant changes in the floor plan to create an open kitchen/family room concept and opening up the backyard views into the house. We faced many challenges with this project but had the best time laughing our way through them. This home was recently listed for sale at $3.995 million.
