This month’s Unframed & Underground began with an incredible idea from Matt Mulhern aka Mully: connecting lives through strings of energy and allowing string, wire, water, wind, paint, and movement to whisper into different creative minds until many separate directions become one.
That idea is the heart of this month’s experience , Mully came to use with this idea and we loved it. Witch if your an artist, each month we pick an idea from one different artist and ride with it. So send us your ideas!!!
Mully is a Naples-based painter, full-time tattoo artist, and owner of Independent Tattoo Company in Fort Myers. His work combines styles such as fine line, dotwork, blackwork, watercolor, portraiture, Japanese influences, and abstraction. Whether he is tattooing or painting, Mully works intuitively, trusting emotion, creative freedom, and the process itself to guide the final piece.
Last month, Hurman became the first featured artist in this new chapter of Unframed & Underground. Now, we are proud to welcome Mully as our second.
Brian “The Dreamer Weaver” Weaver Brian Andrew Weaver and Jason “Sandman” Sanders Hermit Garage are beyond excited to help bring Mully’s vision to life. Together, the three of us have taken his original concept and transformed it into one living installation, three creative energies coming together to form one experience.
