White oak floors that were full of drum marks and wavy sanding lines. Now they're Finished with in the two-tone color. This is a nice compromise for someone to maintain the natural browns in the floor as well as inject some of the more modern grey tones. The last picture is a.good representation of color tones.

While I've installed, sanded and finished my fair share of heart pine in my career, I've never stained it. When I asked for tips on staining heart pine, he jokingly replied "Yes, don't!" An amazing review from here in Our customer customer was literally in tears over the condition of her old floor that her and her husband had installed and finished personally over 20 years ago. It was an honor to have been entrusted with the keys to their home and see tears of joy on their return.
This was truly one of my favorite projects I've ever tackled over the last 25+ years.
