Robin and I had a great time at the Quilter's Hall of Fame. We enjoyed the newest inductee Judy Martin's walk-through of her quilts and the stories and techniques behind them. I was fortunate to grab some one-on-one time with her!

On Thursday I hit the pattern jackpot at a local thrift shop purchasing over 100 uncut factory folded patterns including Renaissance, Halloween adult and kid dolls patterns of various sizes, stuffed animals etc. Most of them will be down at BAQ today! Ooopsie on the bag/tote patterns. Don't have time to fix it....

Hicksville Heritage Days are in full swing. Yesterday attendees were thrilled to get up close and personal to my century's old quilts. I'll be reprising my program at 11 a.m. today!

Hicksville Ohio Heritage Days June 5-6

The Piecemakers Quilt Group is having a quilt show to raise funds for their charitable projects.

Friday June 5 from 10-3 and Saturday June 6 10 - 1

I will be vending both days and you can visit the Fox and Frog Quilt Shoppe that is near by.

At 11 a.m. both days, I will also be reprising "The Fabric Makes the Quilt" the presentation I did in conjunction with the Fort Wayne Museum of Art exhibit, "It was a Time to Sew".

Sew if you didn't make it the museum on a dark and cold January night, you can now enjoy it in better weather!

I plan to bring a few of the quilts that are discussed in the presentation to show.

After the presentation, I will be available to do quilt autopsies at $5 each to benefit the Piecemakers.
