Inviting in the next generation

The Charlotte office recently welcomed the AIAS chapter from Central Piedmont Community College for a Lunch & Learn!

Students toured the office, met our team, asked questions, and learned more about the roles, disciplines, and career paths within the A/E industry, as well as the types of projects we take on. 🏗️

Before we officially celebrate 35 years, we took the party to Ruoff Mortgage Stadium for a tailgate with some of the people who helped us get here.

Less transactional & more personal 💙

The recently completed ORNL branch in Newport, Tennessee uses open space and natural materials like wood and glass to make the branch feel more personal and human-centered. The design blends modern efficiency with warmth and transparency.
