Also, has anyone else ever written down a potential quilt, pulled some fabric for it, and a couple months later, had absolutely no idea what pattern you were referring to?!! I know I did this some time since Stella was born, but I honestly cannot figure it out 🤦🏻‍♀️. Mom brain? Usually I put the pattern with the pull. This is going to drive me nuts!

Thought I would share a few more pictures of baby girl’s quilt…it is the from made with . It seemed a rather fitting choice, aside from one that I individually would have designed. Many of you probably don’t realize but my first name is actually Imogene- I use my middle name. And my mom‘s name is Penelope. So it seemed appropriate to do a quilt that had ties to both our names. The main color is Thistle from the solids.

I’ve been quiet for a bit, but with the best of reasons….I had a baby! A few weeks ago, after a very anxiety-ridden pregnancy, we welcomed our rainbow 🌈 girl, who also happens to be the recipient of the I was working on at the end of the summer. How many of you suspected?!
