We are excited to welcome Adrian Carbonell to the Moake Park Group team as an Architectural Intern this fall! Originally from the Chicago area, Adrian is a fourth-year student at Ball State University, majoring in Architecture with a minor in Architectural Digital Design. His architectural interests include K-12 education, healthcare, and adaptive reuse, and we look forward to giving him the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in these areas throughout the semester.

Outside of architecture, Adrian enjoys working out, drawing, painting, and model-making.

Today we said good bye to our three architectural interns. It has been a true pleasure having them as part of the Moake Park Team this summer. They did an amazing job and will be missed. We wish them all the best as they head back to school.

What a great night for a baseball game, was a little worried about the rain but turned out to be perfect night. It is always fun to have the staff and their families come together for an evening out.

What a great evening at the Brown Mansion Groundbreaking. This ceremony marked the celebration and formal launch of a major initiative to preserve regional history by restoring the historic Brown Mansion (1885) and constructing a new barn expansion. The renovation and expansion project will bring the historic Brown Mansion campus up to ADA standards while creating new opportunities for exhibits, archives, educational programming, and community engagement. Moake Park Group is honored to be part of this meaningful project, and we look forward to helping bring their vision to life.

We are excited to celebrate the completion of the new maintenance building for the City of Berne!

This project was designed to provide a functional and efficient, facility. From equipment storage and vehicle maintenance to operational workspace, the building was thoughtfully planned to meet both current needs and future growth.

At Moake Park Group, we believe that every facility—regardless of its purpose—should be designed to enhance operations, improve workflow, and serve the people who use it. We are grateful to have partnered with the City of Berne on this important investment in their community.

We are proud to have been part of a project that will serve Berne for years to come.

Wrapping up our Community-Wide Diaper Drive for Healthier Moms and Babies. Diapers are an essential, basic need - yet many families can’t afford them. Healthier Moms and Babies help provide diapers to the families that need them. Together, we are helping build a healthier future for moms, babies and families throughout our region.

The IU Health MOB continues to take shape as it nears full enclosure, seamlessly connecting to the new IU Health Fort Wayne Hospital.

Construction activity is accelerating, with metal stud framing underway and drywall installation progressing across all three floors. Exciting progress as this space begins to transform into a dynamic healthcare environment.
