We kept busy in Winters, Texas, tackling everything from ceilings to shingles.

The Winters Housing Authority saw significant improvements to its residential units as our affordable housing team successfully renovated two 1,800-square-foot duplex units and replaced a total of 38 roofs.

The two duplex units underwent complete interior demolition and received upgraded appliances and finishes, as well as updated mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
The roofs were in dire need of attention, having gone more than a decade without replacement. By approaching the project in two phases, our team successfully replaced 24 roofs first, followed by 14 additional roofs, providing lasting protection and added value for residents.

The NorthPark Center has transformed into the world of uncanny villains this weekend!

Quorum partnered with HPM to compete in this year's competition, hosted by AIA Dallas With villains as this year's theme, we found our inspiration in the clown who taught us all to steer clear of storm drains, Pennywise. After weeks of dedicated work, we brought our chilling vision to life.

All non-perishable food items will be donated to North Texas Food Bank at the end of the competition, making these villains the true heroes of our North Texas community.

Staff served up their favorite Funky Munky Shaved Ice Aledo concoctions to beat the heat and savor the last bit of summer.

Help us give a warm welcome to our newest hire, Mackenzie Stevens!

University of Arkansas alumna Mackenzie has joined the Quorum crew as an Architectural Intern on the Municipal Design team, helping with various civil infrastructure projects. She looks forward to taking on the unique design goals and challenges that come with this market sector.

Mackenzie developed a passion for both math and art from an early age, and quickly discovered that architecture offered the perfect opportunity to combine her two favorite subjects.

The staff and pets at the City of Mansfield’s new Animal Care and Control facility are in for a treat!

Our team and industry reps paw-tnered together to donate items like treats and toys, as well as cleaning supplies and litter boxes, to support the facility's grand opening.

Progress Update! 🪏

The City of Denton, TX - City Hall broke ground on the new Linda McNatt Animal Care and Adoption Center after two years of planning and design. This marks a significant milestone, reflecting the City's remarkable growth and the rising demand for animal care and services.

This facility will feature the following:

🎯A modern, welcoming, and public-facing Adoption Center
🎯New adoptable indoor/outdoor kennels with improved play yard access
🎯An expanded stray, quarantine, and isolation areas
🎯An enhanced veterinary clinic with dedicated recovery space
🎯Improved operational efficiency to better serve animals and the community

Our Municipal team lit up the Mitten!
Trevor, Noelle, and David had the pleasure of touring the Landscape Forms manufacturing plant in Michigan, a company that specializes in outdoor lighting and furniture. With a strong focus on sustainability, Landscape Forms implements decarbonization strategies, resource conservation, and material selections that are safe for people and the planet.
They immersed themselves in their design process by taking a hands-on approach and creating a light fixture of their own!
