Magic Loop: versatile, can even fit two socks at a time, but sometimes (for me at least) the loop is in the way.

Double Pointed Needles: the OG. Tried and true. But a cuff down cast on with DPNs sometimes gives me night mares. 😬

Two 16” circulars: Works just like a magic loop with out the loop getting in the way. Just be careful not to make unintentional ladders.

Three Needles: also works like Magic Loop but you have an empty needle in play. Sort of a cross between Magic Loop at DPNs.
