Great post

Have you ever cleaned a pet accident only to have the odor return days later?

The problem is that surface cleaning isn't enough. Pet urine penetrates deep into carpet fibers, backing, padding, and even the subfloor. While many cleaners remove the stain, they often leave behind urine residues that continue to produce odors -especially when humidity increases.

Product Spotlight: RCI Pet Accident Rescue
Pet Accident Rescue is formulated to attack the source of pet contamination, not just cover it up. It penetrates deep into affected areas to break down odor-causing residues, helping eliminate both stains and persistent odors while leaving carpets and upholstery fresh and clean.

Before & After

Before
• Strong urine odor returns after drying
• Yellow staining
• Sticky residue left behind
• Customers unhappy with recurring odors

After using Pet Accident Rescue
• Odor source is treated at its origin
• Stains are significantly reduced or eliminated
• Fibers are left cleaner and fresher
• Customers notice a lasting difference

Best Practices for Maximum Results
- Identify all affected areas, including hidden contamination.
- Apply enough product to reach the full depth of the contamination—not just the carpet surface.
- Allow adequate dwell time so the chemistry can work effectively.
- Extract thoroughly using professional equipment.
- For severe contamination, repeat the treatment if necessary before final extraction.
Following these steps helps ensure you're treating the source of the problem instead of simply masking the odor.

Ready to Take the Guesswork Out of Pet Odor Removal?
Whether you're dealing with fresh accidents or long-standing contamination, RCI's Pet Accident Rescue gives professional cleaners the confidence to deliver results their customers can smell—and appreciate.
