Beginning of September means the start of my Annual Share spme Pumpkin Love fundraiser. Cost is $10 per pumpkin. That $10 is completely donated to Caitlyn's Closet to help women in need AND a decorated crochet pumpkin is gifted to a patient going through chemo at a local infusion center.
This is near and dear to me both as a cancer survivor and the mother of a child who received chemo as part of her treatment plan. While undergoing her treatment many times someone would stop by and give small tokens of love to each chemo patient. They would brighten her day. I want to continue this tradition. The fundraiser will continue through September 30th. Pumpkins will be delivered throughout October.
These are the ones ive crocheted the last 2 weeks. Just waiting for trims and ribbons to come in to fully decorate them.
