there are so many pretty kitchens in the works and several that have just wrapped up or so close to the finish line!!

kitchens can take MONTHS of planning as there are so many details that go into the design and construction process, but it is sooooo worth the wait🤍

A serene secondary✨

While the footprint didn’t change in this space, we definitely gave this bath a major upgrade!! Y’all know I am a fan of wallpaper and this subtle pattern paired with the wainscot made such a big impact!!

Happy ✨

So excited to reveal this primary bathroom that has one of my favorite floor tiles to date!!! This brick flooring is actually a tile…it’s completely smooth but has the look of beautiful brick pavers!!

Dining Room Dreams✨

I dream of the day I can have a dining room of my own that sits pretty even if it’s only used during holidays and formal entertainment!

I absolutely loveeee both of these dining rooms even though they have completely different feels with one being a little moodier and the other is so light + airy! I just don’t think I could choose between the two😍

I am so excited to finally reveal this primary bath before + after!! We completely reconfigured this space and definitely gave it an upgrade! The second I saw this bathroom I knew it had so much potential…especially our ceilings!!

a grand entrance✨

we reconfigured this primary bath so that the first thing you see when you walk in is the freestanding tub! Our tile accent in the shower and chandelier were also centered to be focal points. We even added frosted double doors to make this entrance a little more grand🤍

a MAJOR before + after moment for this kitchen reveal✨

has the most beautiful property now inside & out!!! We completely reworked the layout and brightened everything up which made such a difference!! I cannot wait to share more of this dramatic kitchen transformation🤍
