The doors have officially been open for a little over a month, and I still can’t believe it 🤍
If you’ve been following my journey, you know this isn’t just another business milestone for me. This past year has challenged me time and time again. There were moments when I questioned what was next, moments when I felt discouraged, and moments when I simply had to trust that God was working, even when I couldn’t see it.
Before the first shelf was stocked or the first customer walked through the door, this booth was a blessing.
My kids pressed their little handprints onto the walls, leaving a piece of themselves here forever. We wrote Scripture behind the walls and on the furniture—verses that no one else may ever see, but reminders that this business is a gift from God. I’ve prayed so many prayers for this space.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” – Proverbs 3:5
Then the doors opened.
The soft opening was incredible, and somehow the grand opening was even better. Every conversation, every purchase, every hug, every kind word, every share, and every prayer has meant more to me than I could ever put into words.
There is not a day that I don’t thank the Lord for his blessings. Not because it’s been easy, but because of His faithfulness. He has shown up and shown out for my family in ways I never could have imagined.
A. King’s Design has always been about so much more than home décor. My deepest prayer is that every piece that leaves this booth reminds someone of God’s goodness, points them back to Him, or simply brings a little light into their home.
Thank you for supporting this dream. Thank you for supporting my family. Thank you for believing in me.
Most of all, thank You, Jesus. Every good thing comes from You, and this booth will always be Yours. 🤍
